摘要 目的:初步了解初中青少年焦虑抑郁的患病现况,探讨青少年焦虑抑郁的家庭功能特征。方法:采用焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表(SCARED)、儿童抑郁自评量表(DSRSC)和家庭环境量表中文版(FES-CV)调查深圳市某中学初二年级的150名初中生。结果:焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表(SCARED)筛查阳性的36名,占总人数的24.00%;儿童抑郁自评量表(DSRSC)总分大于和等于划界分的有40名,占总人数的33.33%;焦虑和抑郁组均显示在亲密度、矛盾性、独立性、娱乐性因子得分与中国常模比较有显著性差异。结论:在初中青少年中存在焦虑抑郁和家庭功能缺陷。 Objective:To explore the prevalence rate of anxiety depressive problem in adolescent and investigate its family function. Methods :150 junior high school students completed the 41-item version of SCARED , ADSRSC and were assessed with family environment scale-Chinese version. Results: There are 36 students with a total score higher than cut-off point of SCARED ; the positive rate was 24.00% ; and there were40 students with a total score above cut-off point of ADSRSC, which was 33.33% of the total. Those students with anxiety depressive problem have higher scores on conflict but lower scores on achievement orientation, culture orientation, active-reaction, and organization (P 〈 0.01 ) as compared with Chinese norms. Conclusions: Anxiety depressive problem were found in junior high school adolescent with family function deficit.
