摘要
创立系统项目管理学是项目管理自身属性和现实项目管理实践的客观需要。系统项目管理学以系统科学的一般原理和方法为指导对项目系统构成,项目系统的研究内容,系统项目管理学的研究方法等学科基本问题进行了探讨,构建了学科的基本理论框架。
Systems project management is initiated on the nature of project management itself and the need of practical project management performance. Grounded on the general principles and methodology of systems science, this article develops a basic research on the fundamentals of systems project management such as structure of project systems, researching scope and methodology of systems project management etc.. The article forms the main theoretic structure of systems project management.
