摘要
目的测定感冒止咳糖浆中黄芩苷的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法对感冒止咳糖浆中黄芩苷进行含量测定。检测波长280 nm,回归方程为Y=368 914170X-240131.1,线性范围0.01199-0.05995 mg/mL,RSD=0.02%,平均回收率99.66%。结论该方法简便可行,结果准确可靠,可用于该制剂的质量标准。
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of baicalin in Syrup for Cold and Cough.METHOD HPLC method was used in the determination, with a wavelength of 280 nm, regression equation Y= 368 914 170X 240 131.1, a linear range of 0.011 99 0.059 95 mg/mL, RSD = 0.02%, and an average recovery rate of 99.66%. CONCLUSION This method is convenient and practical with accurate results, and can be used as the quality standard for the syrup.
