摘要 通过对影响锅炉优化燃烧的着火特性、燃尽特性、结渣特性、含硫量、价格因素等的分析,给出了锅炉优化燃烧的模糊数学评判体系,同时与燃料混配煤信息系统联系,提出了系统开环控制模型,阐述了解决开环控制扰动的主要方法,认为:混配煤信息系统只有将锅炉侧的研究、信息系统、混配煤设备在理论上有机地联系起来,才能保证混配煤信息系统运营的实际效果。 Upon analysis of such factors as kindling, burning-out and slagging characteristics, sulfur content as well as price that influence the optimized combustion of boiler, a fuzzy mathematics evaluation system is offered for boiler combustion optimization. Combined with the coal blending information system, the system open-loop control model is presented, and the main solution to open-loop control disturbance is expounded. It is concluded that only by linking the boiler-side research, information system and coal blending equipment theoretically can the efficiency of the coal blending information system be ensured.
