摘要 电子设备的能量一般由开关电源供给,其设备的安全、可靠性在很大程度上依赖于开关电源的保护电路.据不完全统计,电子设备的安全、可靠性问题80%源于设计.通过剖析开关电源的浪涌电流保护、过流保护、过压保护、欠压保护等电路的设计原理与特点,指出了电路中存在的不足,归纳了保护电路组成的基本单元. The electrical source is commonly supplied by electronic facilities, the security and reliability of which is to a large extent based on the circuit protection from their switches. By an incomplete statistics, eight percent of the security and reliability problems of electronic facilities result from the design of circuits. This article points out the existing short- comings in the electrical circuit and comes to a conclusion of the basic unites for the security protecting circuit by means of further analysis on the circuit protection of surge current, over-carried voltage, lower-carried voltage and over-carried current protection in the switch electrical source.
