摘要
论述了建筑业在国民经济中的重要作用,总结了几十年来沈阳市建筑业所取得的成就;与其他城市建筑业发展情况进行对比,分析沈阳市建筑业所面临的机遇与挑战,指出现今存在的问题;深入剖析建筑业可持续发展的内涵及影响因素,充分考虑发展现状,提出了解决问题,实现沈阳市建筑业可持续发展的一些建议。
This paper elaborates the construction＇s important role in the national economy. By aggregating the results of Shenyang＇s construction, this paper analyzes the opportunity and challenges of the Shenyang＇s construction before contrasting Shenyang with other cities. Then, the article discusses the results and problems of the Shenyang＇s construction and analyzes the connotation of sustainable growth and elements. Last, with the situations,the article gives the proposal for the sustainable growth of Shenyang＇s construction.
