摘要 目的研究重组蓝藻抗病毒蛋白N(CV-N)并探讨其抗单纯疱疹病毒2型(HSV-2)的作用。方法以不同剂量的CV-N分别作用于HSV-2病毒复制的各个环节,通过观察药物毒性、细胞病变效应(CPE)、MTT比色法检测细胞增殖。判断CV-N的抗病毒效果。结果重组CV-N对Vero细胞毒性较低,对HSV-2无直接灭活作用,可干扰病毒向宿主细胞的吸附,其抗病毒生物合成的活性优于阳性对照药物阿昔洛韦。结论重组CV-N在体外具有良好的抗HSV-2病毒作用。 Objective To explore the antiviral effect and mechanism of the recombinant CV - N on herpes simplex virus type 2 ( HSV - 2). Methods CV - N in various concentrations was applied to different stages of HSV -2 replication cycle. Finally, the cytotoxic effect, cytopathic effect (CPE) and MTT colorimetric assay vital cell rate were used as markers to evaluate the effect of CV - N on HSV -2. Results CV - N had little cytotoxic effect on Vero cells, it could not directly inactivate HSV - 2 infectivity. CV - N not only interfered in adsorption of HSV -2 to Vero cells but also inhibited HSV -2 biosynthesis in the cells, which were more effective than the positive control Acyclovir. Conclusion CV -N exhibited pronounced antiviral activities agaist HSV-2.
