摘要
文章主要在介绍延迟运作理论的基础上,研究了延迟制造在客户化定制过程中对库存和反应时间的影响,并结合戴尔实施延迟制造的案例分析,介绍了其成功运用的供应链运作策略。
This paper is based on the introduction of conception of postponement production, and speculates in the influence of postponement production on the inventory and the time of reaction in the process of customized order, combining with the case study of DELL Corporation about carrying out postponement production operation strategy.
