乐安河流域儿童头发中微量元素的调查与分析 被引量:3

摘要 本文对乐安河流域160名儿童发中Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd、Ni、Mn、Fe七种微量元素的含量进行了测定和分析。经比较发现,新建与中洲之间,Cu、Mn、Fe含量差异有极显著性(p<0.01),Zn、Pb含量差异有显著性(p<0.05);新建与戴村之间Cu、Zn含量差异有显著性;新建与蔡家湾之间,Mn、Fe含量差异有显著性;以上差异都是实验点(中洲、戴村、蔡家湾)高于对照点(新建)。Cd、Ni含量各点之间浓度值相近。对受试儿童身高、体重、胸围的调查结果表明,对照点均高于实验点。结果显示。 In this paper,the contents of seven kinds of trace element has been measured in the hair samples from 160 children by the le An River.The results showed that the content of Cu.ZN.Mn.Pb.Fe in the normal control group (Xinjian sample)was lower than that in test group(Zhongzhou Samples).The contents of Cu.Zn in Xinjian samples was lower than that in Daicun samples.The content of Mn.Fe in Xinjian Samples was also lower than that in Caijiawuan samples. A remarkable singnificance could be known in the comparing of the amount of Cu、Mn、Fe between Xinjian samples and Zhongzhou samples,and of Mn between Xinuian samples and Caijiwuan samples (P<0.01).significant differences were found for the contents of Zn、Pb between Xinjian samples and Zhongxhou Samples,and of Zn between Zinuian samples and Caijiawuan Samldes.But for Cd and Ni,but no significant differences in between the samples of any two groups.The children height,body weight and chest circumference of Xinuian,comparing with those of the children in other groups,are higher.The result showed that heavy metal pollution would have effected the Children′s health by the Le An River.
