摘要
以甜樱桃(Prunus avium L.)红灯为试材,采用荧光显微技术研究了日光温室和露地条件下甜樱桃花粉行为的差异,并观察记载了授粉受精期间日光温室和露地环境因子的变化情况。结果表明,环境因子影响了甜樱桃的花粉行为,日光温室内花粉萌发和花粉管伸长速率明显落后于露地。日光温室条件下,授粉后6h花粉萌发,120h花粉管进入子房;而露地条件下,授粉后3h花粉萌发,72h花粉管进入子房。其中,气温是影响日光温室甜樱桃授粉受精进程延缓的主要环境因子。
Experiment was conducted with a sweet cherry cultivar Hongdeng as material for studying the different performance of pollination and fertilization under the solar greenhouse and field conditions by utilizing fluorescence micro-technology. The variation of environmental factors in the solar greenhouse and open field was observed. The result showed that the pollen germination and pollens tube growth in the solar greenhouse was significantly slower than that in open field. In the solar greenhouse, most pollens germinated after 6 h of pollination, and the pollen tubes entered the ovary at 120 h after pollination. In open field, most pollens germinated at 3 h after pollination, and the pollen tubes entered the ovary at 72 h after pollination. The air temperature was the main environmental factor postponing the pollination and fertilization progress of sweet cherry in solar greenhouse.
