摘要
国际产业转移的过程也伴随着技术的转移。后进国家可以利用先进技术的转移引导本国产业结构的快速升级。笔者通过研究依托国际产业转移的技术转移机制,并对新一轮国际产业转移的特点以及其对中国实现技术转移的影响进行了分析,提出了应对新一轮产业的国际转移要采取完善国内投资环境、促进国际技术合作与提高中国企业的技术吸收能力和自主研发、创新能力等对策,促进我国产业结构的快速健康升级。
The process of international industry transfer is accompanied by technology transfer. Less developed countries may make use of the transfer of advanced technology to lead the quick upgrading industry structure in their countries. Through studying the technology transfer mechanism relying on international industry transfer and analyzing the characteristics of the new round of international industry transfer and its influence on China＇s realization of technology transfer, the authors put forward the countermeasures of perfecting domestic investing environment, boosting international technological cooperation, enhancing the ability of technological absorption, autonomous research and development and autonomous innovation to promote the quick and healthy upgrading of the industrial structure of our country.
