摘要
目的:观察辛伐他汀调脂作用及对颈动脉内膜中层厚度的影响。方法:选择高胆固醇血症或混合高脂血症患者189例,每日予以辛伐他汀10mg,酶法测定TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C,超声测定颈动脉内膜中层厚度。结果:每日予以辛伐他汀10mg能降低患者TC、TG、LDL-C,升高HDL-C,减缓颈动脉内膜中层增厚。结论:辛伐他汀能调节血脂,减缓颈动脉粥样硬化形成。
Objective To investigate the lipid-lowering efficacies of simvastatin and its effect on the intimamedia thickness（IMT） of the carotid artery.Methods 189 patients with hypercholesterolmia or combined hyperlipoproteinemia were studied,each one receiivins 10mg simvastatin once daily for 8 weeks.Carotid IMT and the serum concentration of TC、TG、LDL-C and HDL-C were measured at baseline and at the end of the treatment.Results At baseline the serum concentration of TC、TG、LDL-C and HDL-C were 4.75±1.40、2.58±1.30 、3.23±0.60 and 1.53±0.32mmol/L,respectively,Carotid IMT were 1.27±0.15mm;at the end of treatment the serum concentration of TC、TG、LDL-C decreased and HDL-C levels increased,Carotid IMT were 1.13±0.18mm.Conclusion Simvastatin has lipid-lowering efficacies and can suppress the development and progression of carotid atherosclerosis.
