摘要
目的:观察咪唑斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效观察。方法:慢性荨麻疹患者30例口服咪唑斯汀10mg 1次/d,共两周进行临床观察。结果:治疗30例慢性荨麻疹有效率在第7天和第14天后分别为66.7%和93.3%。治疗过程中不良反应仅为6.7%,且症状轻。结论:咪唑斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹简便、安全、有效。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of Mizolastine sustained release tablets on chronic urticaria.Methods 30 patients with chronic urticaria were treated with Mizolastine sustained release tablets for oral administration 10 mg/d for 2 weeks.Results Test results show that the positive reaction rates reach 66.7% on the 7th day and 93.3% on the 14th day respectively,and the negative reaction rates reach 6.7% with slight symptom.Conclusion It is convenient and safe to cure chronic urticaria with Mizolastine sustained release tablets.
