纳米氧化锌的制备及其光催化性能研究 被引量:10

Study on preparation of nano-ZnO and its photocatalytic activity

摘要 文章采用直接沉淀法,以ZnSO4和Na2CO3为原料在不同的焙烧温度下制备了纳米ZnO粉体;采用X-射线粉末衍射、透射电镜等手段对样品进行了表征;以纳米ZnO作为光催化剂,分别利用300 W高压汞灯和太阳光为光源对甲基橙溶液进行光催化实验。实验结果表明,以310℃焙烧温度制备的纳米ZnO具有较好的光催化性能,在太阳光下的最佳投加量为1.5 g/L。 In this paper, the direct precipitation method was adopted to prepare nanosized ZnO powder by using ZnSO4 and Na2 CO3 as the raw materials at different calcining temperatures. The samples were characterized by XRD and TEM. Irradiations were performed with a 300 W high pressure mercury lamp and the sunlight respectively, and the methyl-orange was used as the object. The experimental results indicate that the nano-ZnO powder which was alcined at 310 ℃has good photocatalytic activity, and the optimized concentration of the nano-ZnO in solution is 1.50 g/L under the sunlight.
