摘要
[目的]研究蒙古绵羊皮肤毛囊的超微结构,探讨其形态学特点在毛囊细胞凋亡和绵羊绒毛脱落机制中的可能作用。[方法]利用透射电子显微镜技术,对不同季节的蒙古绵羊皮肤毛囊进行电镜结构观察。[结果]蒙古绵羊皮肤表皮颗粒层中的细胞凋亡并不常见,不同季节的皮肤毛囊超微结构也没有明显差异。[结论]蒙古绵羊皮肤毛囊细胞的凋亡主要取决于皮肤组织中蛋白与基因的表达,尤其是Bcl-2/Bax蛋白及Bcl-2/BaxmRNA的表达变化。
[ Objective ]Uhrastructure of hair follicle in Mongolia sheep was studied. Conceivable effects of morphological characteristics on the course of cell apoptosis and its mechanism during the floss falling off were discussed. [Method]By using transmission electron microscopy, morphologic observation on the hair follicle of Mongolia sheep skin was carried out. [ Result ]There were few cell apoptosis in granule layer of Mongolia sheep skin, no obvious differences in hair follicle uhrastructure at different seasons. [ Conclusion ]The cell apoptosis in hair follicle of Mongolia sheep skin lied on the expression of albumen and gene in skin, especially the expression change of Bcl-2/Bax mRNA.
