摘要
对连铸传统优化切割理论进行了系统的分析,针对多机多流大方坯连铸的多定尺切割问题,提出了新的优化切割模型。利用VC++初步开发了优化切割模型计算平台,结果表明,该模型既适合多定尺单流优化控制也适合多定尺多流整体优化控制。
The traditional length optimization theories for continuous casting production have been analyzed. A new model has been developed with the aim to the optimization for cutting with various length during multi - strand bloom casting, and the VC + + language has been adopted to build the calculation platform accordingly. It is shown that the new model could be used in length optimization control for the processes of both single strand and multi - strand casting with different length plan.
