摘要
目的:观察小鼠嗅球各层一氧化氮合酶(Nitric Oxide Synthase,NOS)阳性神经元的形态与分布.方法:采用还原型尼克酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸脱氢酶(NADPH-d)法显示NOS阳性神经元在小鼠嗅球中的形态与分布.结果:NOS阳性细胞群主要位于嗅球边缘的嗅小球层和中央腔周围的颗粒层;强阳性神经元主要位于嗅球边缘的嗅小球层内;僧帽细胞层偶见深染的NOS阳性僧帽细胞和簇细胞;弱阳性神经元分布于内颗粒细胞层,浅染且形态较小.结论:小鼠嗅球内有NOS阳性神经元的表达,这种明显的分布可能与小鼠嗅觉灵敏有关,僧帽细胞层深染的NOS阳性僧帽细胞可能与小鼠对气味感知能力相关.
The objective of this paper was observing the morphology and distribution of NOS( nitric oxide synthase) positive neurons in the olfactory bulb of mice using the method of NADPH-diphorase (NADPH-d) histochemical staining which was used to observe the morphology and distribution of NOS positive neurons in the olfactory bulb of mice. Several results are obained. The NOS positive neurons lie in the edge of the olfactory bulb like GL (Glomerular cell layer)and GRL (Granule cell layer) , strong positive neurons existed mainly in the PG( Periglomerular cell)cells of the GL, few mitral cells and cluster cells were deeply stained in the ML (Mitral cell layer) ; there were a large number of small and lowly stained NOS positive neurons which were stained subdued in the internal GRL. In conclusion, the mice are agile smell animals . The morphology and distribution of NOS positive neu- rons in the olfactory bulb may be concerned with the extraordinary development of the olfactory structure and the life habits.
