摘要
报道了多巴胺在聚脯氨酸修饰玻碳电极上的电化学行为.在pH=7.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,多巴胺在修饰电极上呈现两个氧化峰和两个还原峰.多巴胺浓度在7.5×10-7-4.0×10-4mol/L范围内与其还原峰电流(Ep=0.19V)呈线性关系,检测下限为8.0×10-8mol/L.实验结果表明,通过测定多巴胺还原峰电流,修饰电极能有效消除肾上腺素与抗坏血酸的干扰,方法用于注射液中多巴胺的检测,其回收率在97.6%-103%范围内.
Dopamine (DA) is studied on the proline modified electrode by cyclicvoltammetry. In PBS of pH 7.0, two anodic peaks and two cathodic peaks of DA are observed at the modified electrode. The reduction peak current (Ep =0.19 V) is in a linear relationship with DA concentrations in the range of 7.5 × 10^-7- 4.0 × 10^-4 mol/L, the detection limit is 8. 0 × 10^-8 mol/L. The results show that the modified electrode can diminish the interference of epinephrine(EP) and ascorbic acid(AA) by the reduction peak current of CV. The proposed method is applied to the detection of dopamine in samples, the recovery is in the range of 97.6%-103%.
