校园生态足迹与节能减排学校行动——以河南大学为例 被引量:9

摘要 目前,"节能减排全民行动"已在我国各部门各领域展开,其中"节能减排学校行动"更是意义重大、影响深远。运用生态足迹成分法,从能源、食物、垃圾、水、纸张和校际交通6个方面计算和分析了河南大学2006年的生态足迹。结果表明,河南大学2006年的生态足迹为55 946.6 hm2,主要的生态占用成分为能源、食物、垃圾等。揭示了大学校园的生态效率及其影响要素,提出了减少校园生态足迹的措施和建设资源节约型学校的建议,同时认为生态足迹理论科学,计算简捷易行,可以作为"节能减排学校行动"的宣传工具,促进该行动在各级各类学校的全面展开。 The action of the nationwide energy-saving and waste-reducing is being conducted in China.In the plan,the school energy-saving and waste-reducing action is the most important and has the profound effect.According to the principles and mathematical model of the component method,the ecological footprints of Henan University in the year of 2006 were calculated and analyzed from energy,food,water,waste,paper and traffic.The results showed that the ecological footprint of Henan University was 55 946.6 hm^2 and the ecological efficiency was 0.697per/hm^2.The main component of the ecological footprints of this university was the energy and food consumption and waste reducing.The suggestions on the reduction of reducing ecological footprint and construction of economical resources in campuses were put forward.The theory of ecological footprint had its advantage as a means of popularization to reach the goals of the action of energy-saving and waste-reducing.
