摘要
介绍了中国石油兰州石化分公司USC-80 U型裂解炉的主要特点、在运行过程中出现的问题和采取的措施,评价了该炉的裂解性能及运行周期。运行实践表明,USC-80 U型裂解炉的最佳裂解温度为860℃,实际运行周期大于55 d,比设计运行周期长10 d以上。对运行过程中曾出现的炉管温度分布不均匀、炉管入口联箱及引压管泄漏、排烟温度高,高压蒸汽温度低、引风机漏油等问题进行料分析,并给出了有效的解决办法,同时简要说明了目前裂解气在线分析仪、投料状态(Normal)等高级功能尚未发挥作用的原因。
The main characteristics of pyrolyzer USC -80 U in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, and the problems occurred during the pyrolyzer running and the adopted relative measures were introduced. The pyrolytic performance and the running period of the furnace were evaluated. The results showed that the optimum pyrolysis temperature was 860 ℃ , the real running period exceeded 56 days and 10 days more than the designed value. A series of problems were analyzed including the uneven temperature distributing of furnace tubes,the leakage of gang box at furnace tube inlet and pressure induced tube, higher temperature of smoke exhaust, lower temperature of high pressure steam and lubricant leakage of induced draft fan, and the effective methods for resolving above problems were suggested. At the same time, the reasons why some advanced function, such as on - line analytical instrument of cracking gas,loading state(Normal) were not adopted, were given.
