摘要
农民工是我国城市化进程中形成的一个特殊群体,他们的社会身份和自我认同仍是农民,有回归农村的可能;他们的工资低、经济收入微薄,工资被拖欠现象严重。同时农民工的社会地位低下、社会保障严重缺乏、就业机会不公平,与市民差别显著。对我国农民工问题的现状进行深入分析,有利于促进新农村建设的实现,有利于促进工业化、城镇化的健康发展。
The special group of people of farmers＇ origin has been formed in the course of urbanization of our country. They are still farmers in social identity and self-recognition and are likely to return to the countryside. They get low wages and there exists a serious problem in delaying their payment. Workers of farmers＇ origin are low in social status. They are in serious shortage of social security and cannot enjoy equality with the city people. This article gives an analysis of the present situation on the workers of farmers＇ origin, which contributes to the construction of the new rural areas and the healthy development of industrialization and urbanization.
