摘要
随着我国法治进程的推进,全国不少城市先后提出了建设法治城市和文化大市的目标。建设法治城市和文化大市是城市发展的重大战略举措,是城市构建和谐社会的两大支柱,两者互相影响、互相促进。法治城市建设是实现文化大市的重要保障,建设文化大市对法治城市建设具有重要的凝聚力和影响力。理清建设法治城市与建设文化大市的关系,对于更好地实现这二大战略目标和构建和谐社会具有特别重要的意义。
With the progress of government by law, quite a few cities in our country have set forth their aims to construct cities governed by law and endowed with rich culture. It is a great strategic measurement to construct such cities because they are the two pillars for the construction of a harmonious society in cities. These two affect and promote one another. The construction of a city governed by law is a guarantee to construct a city endowed with rich culture and the construction of a city endowed with rich culture has the cohesive and influential power for the construction of a city governed by law. A clear understanding of the relationship between the two types of cities has an especially important significance in achieving the two strategic goals and constructing a harmonious society.
