无氟硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的研制与应用

摘要 聚氨酯泡沫塑料是由多元醇和多异氰酸酯反应,通过添加助剂来制得。其中油田防腐保温用硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料是由添加了助剂(包含发泡剂CFC)的聚醚多元醇(俗称组合聚醚)和多异氰酸酯反应来生成。防腐厂通过努力,研制出适合全水发泡用的催化剂YX-1、固化剂YX-2以及改性剂。从而研制成功优质的无氟硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料。减少了大气污染,减低了生产成本。 Urethane foam is produced by the reaction between polybasic alcohol and polyisocyanate with additives. Normally, CFC blowing agent is used as additive in the production of rigid urethane foam thermal insulation in oilfield. The catalyst YX - 1, curing agent YX - 2 and modifier are developed specially for water blowing in the production of rigid urethane foam. The atmospheric pollution is reduced and the production cost is decreased.
