摘要
超级稻种植的要求每穴要插1~2株苗,要实现超级稻机械化种植要求,播种的稻种要均匀且要沿种子长轴方向按胚胎定向排列。文章从分析超级稻种的几何物理特性入手,研究了播种时种子能沿其长轴按胚胎方向定向有序排列的机理,建立了振动板上稻种在导向板作用下的力学模型,得出稻种转向的条件,并通过振动试验验证该方案是可行的,从而为振动式超级稻精密播种器的设计提供了理论基础。
The super rice planting realize the super rice mechanization in requires the planter to insert 1-2 planting, sowing seeds need to be seedlings each hole. Therefore to evenly sown and seeds also must be along the seed major axis direction according to the embryo direction arrangement. This article, from analysis of super rice seed's geometry physical property obtaining, studies the mechanism of the sowing seeds along its major axis according to the embryo direction order arrangement and establishes function mechanics model on the platform vibrator for the rice seeds under guidance board. Finally the authors obtain condition which makes the rice seed change its direction and confirm this plan is feasible through the vibration test. The paper has provided the rationale for the mode of vibrations super rice precise sowingdrill design.
