摘要
以茯苓、茯苓皮为对照原料，采用水煮法、浓碱浸提法、稀碱浸提法，分别对两种原料进行提取。结果表明，稀碱浸提法提取茯苓多糖的工艺较为合理，其操作简单，提取时间短，得率较高，为茯苓皮的开发利用提供了依据。
