摘要 武器装备的维修保障是部队战斗力的关键因素之一。在打击精度高、破坏性大、战场空间广和节奏转换快的信息化战场上,传统的装备维修保障方式已无法满足精确化和实时化要求。针对交互方式落后、可视化程度低和安全性低等现实问题,运用交互式电子技术手册(Interactive Electronic Technical Manual,IETM)、嵌入式技术、数据加密/解密技术、数据压缩/解压缩技术和无线网络技术等,建立携带方便、工作时间长,可实时远程交互的陆军装备远程维修保障的管理、传输与综合运用平台,实现标准化、智能化、精确化、远程化和网络化装备维修保障,可提高陆军装备维修保障的信息化水平和效率。 Maintenance support of weapon and equipment is one of the key factors of army combat power. On the informationization battle field of precise attacking, serious destroy, vast space, quick changing, traditional method of weapon and equipment maintenance support can not satisfy the requirements of precise and real-time response ability. Aimed at the actual problems of backward interactive mode, low visibility level, and low security level etc. , a real time long-range interactive platform of army equipment maintenance support was established by use of interactive electronic technical manual (IETM), embedded PDA, data encryption/decryption, data compression/decompression, wireless network, etc. The platform is a kind of management, transportation and comprehensive applicaation platform, it can realize standardization, intelligentalization, precision, long-range, network operation of equipment maintenance support, and it can also greatly enhance informationization level and efficiency of army weapon and equipment maintenance support.
