适量运动对大鼠海马神经元脑源性神经营养因子表达的影响 被引量:5

摘要 通过观察适宜游泳运动后大鼠海马脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)表达的变化,探讨运动促进脑健康的神经生物学机制。结果发现,CG大鼠海马有BDNF阳性细胞的蛋白表达,并以神经元表达为主。与CG相比,7SG和12SG大鼠海马CA1区BDNF阳性神经细胞数量均较CG显著或达极显著增加(P<0.05,P<0.01),且12SG较3SG显著增加(P<0.05)。从本实验结果证实,适量运动可增加BDNF的表达,促进脑神经功能的可塑性。 This paper investigated the changes of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) expression in rats hippocampus after swimming and discusses the neurobiology mechanism of aerobic exercise promoting the brain healthy. The results show that there is BDNF expression at hippocampus neuron. BDNF expression of 7SG and 12SG in hippocampus is significantly increased individually compared with CG (P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ), 12SG in hippocampus is significantly increased compared with 3SG(P〈 0.05). These results lead to conclusions that the aerobic swimming can increase the BDNF expression and promote the brain nerve plasticity.
