摘要
对大气环境风险预测在事故应急监测布点上的应用进行了探索性研究。研究认为,通过大气风险预测模式对有毒有害气态污染物泄漏事故的模拟计算可以得到污染物最大落地浓度值、最大落地浓度所在点位、污染物的扩散情况以及污染物是否会影响到事故所在区域的居民区、医院、学校等敏感点等结果,从而为大气环境污染事故应急监测布点提供所需的重要信息,能够很好地解决应急监测只能参照现有的监测规范和个人工作经验进行布点的问题,避免了监测人员的主观性,从而确保了应急监测的科学性、规范性、准确性和可靠性。
Application of atmospheric environmental risk forecast in the emergency monitoring spots-setting of atmospheric environmental pollution accident was studied. Atmospheric risk forecasting model for simulation of leaking accident of poisonous gas pollutant was used to calculate the maximum ground concentration and its location of pollutant as well as whether the pollutant will affect the resident areas, hospitals and schools and other sensitive spots located in the accident district. Results indicated that the risk forecast of atmospheric environment can provide important information for emergency monitoring spots-setting of atmospheric environment pollution accident, and also solve the problem of setting emergency monitoring points just according to present monitoring criterion and individual experience, which will ensure the emergency monitoring spots-setting more scientific, canonical, exact and reliable.
