摘要
采用水煎煮提取,以提取物的得率为指标,考察浸渍时间,加水量、提取时间对提取的影响。结果表明,浸泡半小时,加水量为10倍量,煎煮2小时为中药材提取的最佳工艺。
Use decoction of water extraction, as index by yield of extractive , to inspect digest time,imbitition quantity and time of extraction effect matter of extraetion. Result indicate digest half hour, imbitition quantity of 10 times, decoction two hour is the best craft of extraction.
