摘要
目的:探讨快速自旋回波(FSE)及单次激发快速自旋回波(SSFSE)对磁共振胆胰管成像(MRCP)的临床应用价值。材料与方法:分析应用FSE对35例胆道系统病变及正常志愿者的MRCP检查,其中21例行SSFSE并与FSE行对照观察:结果:仅用FSE行MRCP的14例中,9例扩张的胆管经后处理显示清楚,3例显示胰管,5例无扩张的胆道显示不满意。同时用FSE和SSFSE扫描21例,对胆管梗阻部位和扩张胆管的显示无显著差异;SSFSE对无扩张胆、胰管的显示分别是74.4%、52.4%,显著高于FSE的16.6%、0.9%,对胆囊显示二者相似。结论:梗阻性胆胰管扩张者,FSE和SSFSE均可得到满意结果,而正常无扩张胆胰管的显示。
Purpose: To evaluate the value of fast spin echo (FSE) and single shot fast spin echo (SSFSE) sequences for magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP). Materials and methods: In 35 cases of biliary diseases and volunteers, the results of MRCP with FSE and of 21 cases with both FSE and SSFSE were reviewed and comparatively studied. Results: In 14 cases of MRCP only used FSE, pacreatic duct was demonstrated in 3 cases, normal biliary tract were not well visualized in 5 cases, dilated bile ducts after post processing were clearly depicted in the 9 cases. In 21 cases of MRCP using both FSE and SSFSE, there was no significantly difference for visulization the obstructive position and dlilated biliary tract (P>0.05), for visulization the normal bile and pancreatic duct, SSFSE was 74.4%, and 52.4%, significantly better than that of FSE 16.6% and 0.9% (P<0.01). To depict gallbladder, SSFSE was similar to that of FSE (P>0.05). Conclusion: both FSE and SSFSE were adequatly visulized the obstructive dilated bile duct, only SSFSE was clearly depicted the normal bile and pancreatic duct.
