摘要
测定了３０例单纯性肥胖患儿（年龄７岁～１２岁）和３０例同龄健康儿童的血清载脂蛋白ＡＩ（ａｐｏＡＩ）、Ｂ（ａｐｏＢ）ａｐｏＢ／ａｐｏＡＩ比值，甘油三酯（ＴＧ）和总胆固醇（ＴＣ）。结果肥胖患儿组血清ａｐｏＡＩ明显低于健康儿童组，ａｐｏＢ、ａｐｏＢ／ａｐｏＡＩ、ＴＧ明显高于健康儿童组，差异均非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。肥胖患儿组ＴＣ虽然高于健康儿童组，但差异不显著（Ｐ＞０．０５）。
We determined 30 cases of childpatients (age 7-12) due to sole obesity and 30 cases of healthy children for their AI (apoAI)、B(apoB) and the ratio of apoB/apoAI, and also evaluated TG(triglycerides) and TC(cholesterol).The results showed that apoAI in Group A was obviously lower than that of Group B and apoB and the ratio of apoB/apoAI and TG are obviously higher than that of Group B.The difference was obvious (P<001).TC of Group A was obviously higher than that of Group B but the difference was not obvious (P>005).
