种植体表面RGD组装方法研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 RGD(Arg-Gly-Asp)短肽由精氨酸、甘氨酸和天冬氨酸组成,存在于多种细胞外基质中,可与11种整合素特异性结合,能促进成骨细胞的生长,抑制破骨细胞之间、破骨细胞与基质之间的黏附,阻止破骨细胞的增殖、迁移、分化,从而促进骨组织的再生。将RGD短肽组装到种植体表面,研究发现能明显促进种植体周围新骨形成,增加种植体的固位力。种植体表面RGD组装方法对其在种植体表面上的应用有一定的影响,对种植体骨整合也有一定影响。本文仅就RGD的总体情况及其在种植体表面的组装方法作一简要综述。
