大锥度根管预备混合法在树脂模拟弯曲根管中预备效率的研究

摘要 目的观察手用不锈钢K型锉与ProTaper手用镍钛锉联合应用的大锥度根管预备混合法的预备效率。方法采用树脂模拟根管60例,随机分为2组,大锥度根管预备混合法组(简称C组):手用不锈钢K型锉与ProTaper手用F2镍钛锉联合应用;Protaper手用镍钛锉序列组(简称P组)。比较其器械折断情况、操作时间、所用费用和根管预备效果。结果2组均形成冠方大、根端小的连续大锥形根管;C组无断针情况,P组断针率为10%;根管预备时间C组为平均6.37min,P组为平均11.32min(P<0.05);所用成本P组约为C组的4倍。结论大锥度根管预备混合法(C组)预备根管成形效果好,操作时间短,不易断针,且经济实用。 Objective To study root canal preparation efficency of Combined Technique vs. ProTaper hand NiTi file. Methods Sixty simulated resin curved root canals were randomly divided into two groups, combined canal preparation technique group( group C) and Protaper hand NiTi file group(group P). Group C were first prepared by stainless steel hand K file, and then followed by ProTaper F2 file. Incidence of instrument fractttre was investigated. Preparation time and the costs of two groups were recorded and compared. All these parameters were used to evaluate efficiency of preparation. Results All stimulated root canals were prepared continuous taper root canal in the form of big crownal access and intact apical foramen. Group C had no separation of instrument,while the rate of instrument fracture in group P was 10 percent. The average preparation time of group C was 6.37 min,and that of group P was 11.32 min (P 〈 0.05) .The costs of instruments used in group P were about 3 times higher than those in group C. Conclusion Combined technique (group C) showed great shaping ability. It can prepare root canals effectively,safely and with little costs,so it is worth wide application.
