轴对称折叠组合腔CO_2激光器腔镜失调对位相锁定的影响

The Influence of the Misalignment of Cavity Mirror of the Axisymmetric Folded-combination CO_2 Laser on Phase-locking

摘要 在理想位相锁定情况下,能够从轴对称折叠-组合腔CO2激光器系统中获得高功率、相干性好的输出光束。但失调现象不可避免,本文分析了折叠腔凹面全反射镜的失调对位相锁定效果的影响,并给出相应的数值计算值。结论表明当初始失调角度在一个容许范围内,仍然有很好的位相锁定效果。并且输出光强分布也很集中,进一步扩大了CO2激光器的应用范围。 Under the condition of ideal phase-locking, high power and good coherence output beams from axisymmetric foldedcombination (ASFC) CO2 laser can be obtained. Unfortunately, misalignments are inevitable. The influence of misalignment of the holophote of folded cavity on phase-locking is analyzed, and the correlative values by calculation are given. The conclusion is that the effect of phase-locking is still excellent when the misalignment angle is in the range of tolerance. And the distribution of the output light intensity is relatively concentrated, which enlarges the applications of CO2 lasers.
