摘要
基于半导体应变片和聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)传感器,建立了2套脉冲推力测试系统;介绍了测试和标定原理及结果,给出了应变片的电压-应变转换率和PVDF传感器的动态压电系数;研究了2种方法所获得的推力曲线出现振荡的原因,并把2种瞬态脉冲推力测试方法的优缺点进行了对比分析。实验所获冲量耦合系数与国内外相关文献吻合,验证了2种测试手段的可行性,对脉冲激光发动机和脉冲爆震发动机的性能优化研究具有较大的意义。
Two sets of pulsed force measurement systems are established based on strain gauge semiconductor and PVDF sensor. Principle of test and calibration results are given. Conversion ratio of voltage to strain and piezoelectric coefficient are obtained. Reasons that cause the vibration of thrust curve are studied. Advantages and disadvantages of the two test ways are pointed out. Impulse coupling coefficients gained in our experiments are in well agreement with that reported by other authors. The two measurement methods will play an important role in performance measurements of laser propulsion engine and pulse detonation engine.
