摘要
由于社会发展,使得针对特定职业能适应生产、建设、管理、服务第一线需要的高级实用型、技术型专门人才(即相对专门岗位的职业综合素质人才)成为高等职业教育的培养目标。文章对职业综合素质的四个主要层面——品德素质、智能素质、身心素质和人文素质进行了分析,阐述了它们之间的关系、实现方法以及对学生以后工作的影响。
As the development of the society, special talents who can deal with production, construction, management and can meet the needs of job requirements are becoming the training purpose of higher vocational education. This paper anal);zes the four main factors of comprehensive vocational quality - moral quality, intelligent quality, body quality and emotion quality, points out the relationship among them, how to realize the best of them and how they will influence the students'future work.
