摘要
对重溶剂法生产甲苯二异氰酸酯过程中产生的副产物氯乙烷的脱除进行了研究。以6万t/a装置为例,利用Aspen Plus软件对氯乙烷的脱除位置、脱除浓度以及氯乙烷脱除塔的操作进行了模拟分析,找出原工艺的缺点,提出了改造方案,并对改造后氯乙烷脱除塔的操作进行了模拟优化。改造后的工艺与原工艺相比,氯乙烷脱除浓度增加,光气浪费现象下降,操作范围增加。
The removal chloroethane system in TDI production using heavy solvent was studied. Based on the 60000 t/a TDI equipment and used Aspen Plus software, it analyzed the removal location, removal concentration and operation conditions of removal tower, found the disadvantages of the old process, and proposed the retrofit scheme. The removal tower of retrofitted process was optimized. Compared with the old process, the new one had a more removal concentration, lower waste of phoghene and more operation range.
