摘要
目的观察影响母乳喂养的原因,针对原因制订相关措施,以提高母乳喂养率。方法通过1 442例产妇母乳喂养情况的临床观察,将不成功者的原因进行比较,根据这些原因制订出相应的护理措施,观察通过实施护理措施后母乳喂养的情况。结果母乳喂养成功率从86%提高到95%以上。结论对母乳喂养比较困难的产妇,要通过临床观察查找原因,并根据这些原因制订相应的护理措施,才能使产妇母乳喂养取得成功。
Objective To observe the reasons affecting breast-feed for raising the ratio of breast-feed by formulating the measures aimed at related causes. Methods Through observing the clinical status of breast-feed in 1 442 lying-in mothers,the reasons of unsuccessful cases were compared. According to these reasons, the relative nursing measures were formalated. Then, the statas of breast-feed were investigated after implement of the nursing measures. Results The ratio of successful breast-feed raised from 86% to above 95%. Conclusion The nursing measures according to the unsuccessful causes can effectively help lying-in mothers to succeed in breast-feed.
