生产瓶颈转移性影响因素的经济计量研究 被引量:4

摘要 分析现行企业生产车间系统内部部分重要随机变量,选定5个典型变量为考察变量,给出各变量与瓶颈转移性指标间的正负相关假设。建立包含以上随机变量的流水车间生产系统瓶颈转移模型,对模型进行仿真,得到样本数据并结合瓶颈转移度量参数β,建立各变量与瓶颈转移性的多元线性回归模型,分析得到各变量对瓶颈转移性影响的相关性。 Selecting five representative parameters from production system, then five hypotheses between each parameter and the shiftiness measurement β are given and a flow shop production system was designed including these parameters. A corresponding simulation models are established and data collected from simulation runs are used to build an econometric model. Through linear regression analysis, relationships between each parameter and the bottleneck shiftiness are discussed. A conclu- sion is given at the end of the paper, which can provide enterprises effectual reference for decisionmaking when facing the shifting bottleneck problem in their production management.
