摘要 本文详细探讨了用干燥箱代替回流装置消解COD样品,然后用光度法准确测定COD值的实验方法;COD校准曲线采用苯二甲酸氢钾标准溶液制作。在实验确定的条件下作葡萄糖溶液的回收和实样对比试验,结果比较满意,证明该方法是可行的。 Spectrophotometric method for the determination of COD was studied,in which COD sample was digested in an usual oven.In a 25 ml colorimetric cylinder with ground glass plug were added 0 10g of mercuric sulfate,5 ml of sample and 10ml of digestion solution.The cylinder was shaken enough at each step,then sealed and wrapped with teflon,taken into an oven of 150℃ to digest for two hours.The absorbance of the cooled solution was measured at 610nm with 20mm or 30mm cell against water.The calibration curve of COD was prepared with the standard solution of potassium biphthalate.By this method,the concentration from 50 to 1000mg/L of COD was determined accurately,and the maximum permissible concentration of chloride ion was 1000mg/L.
