摘要
建设社会主义新农村是我国现代化进程中的重大历史任务。本文认为,在统筹城乡发展,推进社会主义新农村建设时,需要处理好农业遗产保护的问题,要充分认识我国优秀农业文化遗产的价值。作者指出,要以社会主义新农村建设为契机,切实做好农业文化遗产的保护与利用工作;以科学发展观为指导,将农业文化遗产保护工作列入新农村建设的政策体系;以调查研究为基础,对目前我国农业文化遗产的类型、范围进行规划性研究;以政府为主导,整合社会资源,加强对濒危农业文化遗产的抢救工作;以国家农业博物馆为龙头,实施多类型、多层次博物馆的农业文化遗产保存和记忆工程。
Constructing socialist new countryside is an important historic task in China＇ s modernization. This paper emphasizes that much attention should be paid to the protection and utilization of agricultural cultural heritage, and constructing socialist new countryside is a good chance. The protection and utilization of agricultural cultural heritage should be listed in the related policies, and investigation should be conducted to know the types of agricultural cultural heritages for further planning work. Both government and society should play their roles in protecting and salvaging agricultural cultural heritages. China national agricultural museum could play a leading role in the process.
