摘要
以自制大型高温反应炉为核心设备,部分模拟高炉软融带以上的条件,对配加不同水平K2O、Fe2O3和CaO的生产焦炭和实验炉焦炭进行了高温反应实验,考察了反应性、反应后强度、结构强度和显微强度等指标,获得了一些有用的启示。
In this paper, a series of experiment of coke made from experimental furnace and cookery were performed in a large self - made high temperature reaction furnace as a kernel equipment with a condition can simulate it in cohesive zone of blast furnace in different levels of K2 O, Fe2 03 and CaO respectively. The index of reactive, strength after reaction, structure strength and microstrncture strength were studied and some useful revelation was obtained.
