摘要
从江西省自然环境、农业环境及农业资源特点出发，分析了江西省开发绿色食品的优势．通过实施生态——能源工程以及应用推广无公害农业生产技术，使得农业自身环境得以有效保护，从而增强了农业生产后劲，给农村经济带来了活力．
From the features of natural environment, agricultural environment and agricultural resources in Jiangxi province, the euperiority to exploit green food in Jiangxi proviance is analysed and through carrying out ecology-energy project and using agricultural productive technology of non-pollution the agricultural environment is effectively protected. Thus, the agricultural productive strength had been increased, and it brought vitality to rural economy.
