摘要
通过外加剂优选及配合比设计,配制了满足三峡工程某码头吊梁设计及施工要求的超缓凝高强度混凝土,并研究了施工工艺对该混凝土性能的影响。试验结果表明,该混凝土具有轴拉强度、劈裂抗拉强度、极限拉伸、抗压弹性模量、抗拉弹性模量、干缩率等力学及变形性能好,超缓凝,和易性优良且高流动性等特点。最后,对该混凝土的超缓凝高强度性能机理进行了探讨。
The super-retarded and high-strength concrete, which satisfies the design and construction of a wharf of Three Gorges project, is developed through optimization of additives and design of mixture ratio, and the influence of the construetion technology on property of the concrete is studied. The results indicate that its axial tensile strength, splitting strength, ultimate tension, compressive elastic modulus, tensile elastic modulus and dry-shrinkage ratio and other mechanical and deformation performance are good, and it has such the features as super-retarding, excellent workability, high flowability and so on. And the mechanism of the concrete is discussed at last.
