摘要
坐标测量机作为一种空间柔性测量装置,在现代制造领域有着非常广泛的应用。本文在对坐标测量机的基本应用进行介绍的基础上,重点对坐标测量机的结构、接触触发式探头和坐标测量机的使用方法进行阐述。
Coordinate measuring machine （CMM） is a flexible dimensional measuring devices, it has been widely applied in modem fabrication industry. In this paper, the configuration, touch trigger probe and use of CMM were discussed emphatically on the basis of introduction of general application of CMM.
