摘要
非甾体抗炎药(nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,NSAIDs)是一类具有抗炎与镇痛作用的药物,可以改善风湿性疾病的炎性症状并可缓解疼痛,是世界范围内使用最广泛的一类处方药。NSAIDs的作用机制是通过抑制环氧酶(cyclooxygenanse,COX)的活性进而阻断花生四烯酸转化为前列腺素、前列环素和血栓素A,(TXA,)而发挥其药理作用。但使用NSAIDs的过程中,尤其是长期、大量服用时可出现副作用,其中最常见的副作用是对胃肠道的损害。
