摘要
本文报道了使用水热法KTP对Nd:GdVO4晶体倍频绿光的研究。通过分析和计算水热法的KTP倍频效率与温度的关系,选择合适的控制温度,分析了Nd:GdVO4的热透镜效应结合谐振腔的稳定条件,得出了谐振腔的稳定参数。在实验中,当抽运功率为6.1W时,水热法KTP倍频的Nd:GdVO4激光器输出绿光功率分别为0.7W,光-光转换效率为11.5%。
The study of laser with LD-pumped Nd:GdVO4 crystal,hydrothermal grown KTP intracavity frequency doubling was first reported in the paper.By programmed and computed the relation of doubled efficiency and temperature of hydrothermal grown KTP,the appropriate the temperature was chosen.By analyzing and calculating the effection of thermal lens,and getting the optimized parameters during The experiment,with 6.1W pumped power,TEM00 mode green laser at 5324nm of 0.7W,the light-light conversion efficiency were 11.5%.The causes for the difference and lowness of conversion efficiency were analyzed.
