随着煤炭行业的不断发展,煤矿企业的安全管理显得由为重要,文章就如何构建煤矿本质安全化管理体系,着重分析了安全评价原理在构建本质安全化管理体系中的指导作用,以及安全评价方法在构建过程中的运用。
With the coal industrial continuous development,the safety manage of coal mine enterprise is becoming more important.Based on how to construct the coal mine essence security management system,the article analyzed the guiding role of the safe evaluation principle emphatically as well as the safety evaluation method for construction process.
