摘要
虚拟经济的发展对实体经济而言是一把"双刃剑",在发展虚拟经济的过程中趋利避害是相关政策制定者的必然选择。作者在对虚拟经济的概念及其特征明确界定的基础上,探讨了虚拟经济对实体经济的影响,并提出了发展我国虚拟经济的政策建议:加强宏观调控,规范虚拟经济发展;加强政策导向,规范虚拟经济发展;完善信用机制,积极鼓励虚拟经济发展。
Virtual entities on the economic development of the economy is a ＂double-edged sword＂. The development of virtual economy plays a key role in making the policy which helps to gain profit and to avoid losses. In this paper, the concept of the virtual economy and its features is clearly defined on the basis of the impact of the virtual economy on economic entities, and advice on virtual economic development is put forward： strengthening macroeconomic regulation and control, regulating virtual economic development, strengthening policy-orientation, guiding Virtual economic development and improving the credit mechanism to encourage the development of virtual economy.
