摘要
基于电厂输煤控制系统中给煤机具有时变性、滞后性等特点,使用传统PID控制方法很难达到良好的控制效果。针对该系统的复杂特性,提出了一种采用模糊自整定PID参数来调节给煤机频率,从而控制给煤机电机转速,以达到准确控制输出各煤种流量的方法,并建立了被控对象的数学模型,应用MATIAB进行仿真。仿真结果表明:该控制系统具有快速、稳定和准确等特点,较好地克服了传统的PID所存在的问题,达到该控制系统的基本要求。
Based on the time-varying, lager delaying of coal feeder in the coal-conveying control system of electrical field, traditional PID control is difficult to achieve satisfactory control purpose. For complex characteristic of the control system, a design way is presented, which using Fuzzy self-adjusting PID parameters to reconcile the frequency of coal feeder,thus control the speed of electric machinery, and achieve the accurate effect in the flow rate of every kinds of coal, it is also to establish the mathematical mode, and imitate the experiment on computer with MATLAB, the result show that the rapidity, stabilization ,nicety of the system, the problem is overcome existing in traditional PID and ordinary fuzzy control, satisfy the basic requirement of the control system.
